Hinshaw's Paul Estes Admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers

Estes, a partner in the firm's Peoria, Illinois office, has become a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). Mr. Estes was inducted at the ACTL's 2014 annual meeting in London, England.

Founded in 1950, the ACTL is one of the most prestigious legal associations in the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended by invitation only after a careful investigation to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years of litigation experience to be considered for Fellowship, and membership cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population in any state or province. The organization is dedicated to maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession.

Mr. Estes has more than 30 years of experience handling complex medical malpractice, product liability and catastrophic injury cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict.
