BizTimes Milwaukee Magazine Profiles Russell Klingaman's Aviation Legal Practice and Experience
Russell A. Klingaman, a partner in the Milwaukee office, was featured in an article in BizTimes Milwaukee magazine titled "Mixing Business Travel With Pleasure," published on November 24, 2014. The article was also referenced in the November 26, 2014 issue of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association's Aviation eBrief, a newsletter distributed to the association's more than 300,000 members. The article discusses Mr. Klingaman's long history as a pilot and airplane owner and his aviation law practice. As Mr. Klingaman notes in the article, “What I really love is knowing what I know about aviation and being part of the aviation community; and being able to deal with assignments from clients that involve aviation." He adds that being both a pilot and an attorney gives him the opportunity to combine "what I love to do[,] with my career.” Mr. Klingaman is president of the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association — of which he has been a member for many years — and an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School, where he teaches aviation law. In addition to aviation law, Mr. Klingaman's practice includes business litigation, insurance, products liability and intellectual property.
