Hinshaw Partners Score Significant Win Before Illinois Supreme Court

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partners David M. Schultz, Stephen R. Swofford and John P. Ryan successfully concluded a case in the Illinois Supreme Court. The ruling, handed down February 27, 2015, represents an important decision in cases involving arguments of voidable versus void judgment.
