California Justices Make Reasonability Important Part of Asbestos Rulings

In his latest Chicago Daily Law Bulletin column, Hinshaw attorney Craig Liljestrand discussed two recent California Supreme Court cases involving asbestos injury claims. The Court found that employers and premises owners have a duty to exercise ordinary care in their use of asbestos, including preventing offsite exposure due to fibres carried by clothing of onsite workers.
