Craig Liljestrand Authors Article on the New York Court Decision Tying Liability to Manufactures in Third-Party Use

The article examines how the New York Court of Appeals held in a combined decision, In re New York City Asbestos Litigation (Dummitt/Buttner), 2016 WL 3495191 (July 2016), that the manufacturer of a product has a duty to warn of the danger arising from the known and reasonably foreseeable use of its product in combination with a third-party product.
