Hinshaw Elects Eleven New Partners in Seven Offices

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is very pleased to announce the election of eleven attorneys as new partners, effective January 1, 2025. The new partners are based in seven Hinshaw offices nationwide and represent multiple industry groups and practice areas.

The new Hinshaw partners are:

Nicholas Ajello

Nicholas Ajello focuses his practice on aerospace and aviation. He represents air carriers, component manufacturers, maintenance facilities, and air traffic control operators in cases involving air disasters, wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage claims. Nick represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States and provides counsel on matters arising from incidents in Canada, South America, and Europe.

Anthony Aprea

Anthony Aprea focuses his practice on insurance coverage and general and professional liability defense, with an emphasis on defending lawyers and law firms against liability claims; and defending hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in litigation, licensing, and administrative law matters at the state and federal levels in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Kristin Hoffman

Kristin Hoffman defends national and regional commercial airlines, aviation and aerospace product manufacturers, and their respective insurers in personal injury claims and environmental, toxic tort, and product liability matters.

Kevin Manganaro

Kevin Manganaro represents clients in consumer financial services litigation, focusing on contested foreclosure and eviction matters in Massachusetts state and federal courts. He also provides clients with compliance advice and counsel.

Morgan Metzger

Morgan Metzger advises clients on commercial transactions, focusing on real estate, asset sales, and loans. She drafts and negotiates various transaction documents, assists with entity formations, and handles leasing matters for lenders and developers. Additionally, Morgan conducts research on condominium issues.

Jonathan Morhaim

Jonathan Morhaim represents clients in all matters of civil litigation. In addition to handling construction, personal injury, commercial trucking, premises and products liability, and labor/employment cases, he represents government officials in high-exposure civil litigation. Involved in all phases of the litigation process, from discovery through motion practice and trial, Jonathan has defended the interests of several high-profile businesses. He is licensed in Florida and Illinois.

Patrick Pumphrey

Patrick Pumphrey has over a decade of experience in complex business disputes and personal injury cases. He works with legal teams and Fortune 500 companies to manage risk and protect brand reputation, offering legal guidance and drafting contracts to meet client objectives.

Jessica Riley

Jessica Riley focuses on regulatory compliance counseling and litigation related to consumer protection statutes for financial services clients. She represents mortgage lenders, servicers, fintech businesses, and banks in state and federal courts, provides guidance for building compliance frameworks, and navigates clients through regulatory exams. She is experienced in consumer finance servicing compliance, ad valorem tax suits, Texas home equity lending laws, legal and regulatory matters related to payment processing, as well as RESPA, FDCPA, FCRA, and TILA.

Brittney Savino

Brittney Savino advises corporations and insurance companies on insurance-related matters. She has also handled personal injury litigation, represented major cruise lines in maritime litigation, and provided support in white-collar criminal cases.

Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson is a commercial and real estate transactional attorney with experience in purchases and sales, commercial leasing, and real estate development. Andy is a natural problem solver and was drawn to practice in commercial transactions because it touches on many areas of law and is a rewarding way to contribute to his clients' successes.

Sam Zabaneh

Sam Zabaneh has a diverse litigation practice with nearly twenty years of experience. Not only does Sam represent individual clients, but he advises large and small healthcare providers, major manufacturers, large construction firms, national insurance companies, and niche businesses with complex claims involving negligence, wrongful death, and other catastrophic losses, as well as medical malpractice and premises liability claims.
