Mohamed Sweify Appointed to the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution's Young Leaders in Alternative Dispute Resolution Steering Committee

Y-ADR Steering Committee members are selected following a robust application process and serve staggered three-year terms. The program offers networking and professional development opportunities while also teaching the full spectrum of dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms.

Sweify counsels, litigates, arbitrates, and mediates on behalf of his clients on various complex commercial and financial legal issues, including contract claims, commercial disputes, consumer financial services, lenders-related litigation, and securities brokers’ liability. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator and is currently an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School.
