Sabrina Janeiro counsels clients on commercial transactions, focusing on matters involving real estate, asset sales, and loans. She drafts and negotiates various transaction documents, including but not limited to real estate purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, and loan sale agreements. She also assists clients with entity formation and the preparation of corporate documents.
During law school, Sabrina was heavily involved with on-campus organizations. Specifically, she served as vice president of the Cuban American Bar Association and vice president of alum relations for the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.

Personal
Sabrina was raised in Miami, Florida, and loves giving back to her community. She graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy high school and attended Florida State University. She remains a loyal Seminole football fan and previously served as Kappa Delta's vice president of community service.
In addition, she loves to spend time on the water in the Florida Keys and is an avid skier. More than anything, Sabrina loves music and attending concerts for her favorite artists.
