Amanda Nowicki defends clients' interests in litigation, focusing on personal injury and property damage. With a significant background in civil litigation, Amanda is involved in all phases of litigation, working to ensure her clients are informed throughout the process.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Amanda was both a summer associate and a law clerk with the firm. She gained additional experience through her career as a paralegal and several internships and externships throughout law school.

Representative Matters
- Successfully achieved the dismissal with prejudice of a malpractice lawsuit against a dentist and their dental practice. Despite an attempt by the plaintiff to settle pretrial, the defense team's readiness to proceed to trial led to the patient voluntarily withdrawing the lawsuit altogether on the morning of the trial, ending the lawsuit permanently.
