Megan Ryan represents financial services clients in consumer litigation and class action claims involving Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other federal consumer protection statutes.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Megan practiced at a mid-size law firm in Boston, where she handled medical malpractice and long-term liability matters. Before beginning her legal career, she gained valuable experience in financial services as a senior-level business analyst for a New England-based health insurance company and as an underwriter for a national property-casualty insurance carrier.
