Molly Woodford focuses her practice on the defense of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation. She is involved in all phases of litigation, including briefing issues before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Molly worked for an insurance defense firm, focusing on defending municipalities in civil rights litigation.
