Amanda Teske is an experienced employment and business law attorney. She handles employment disputes, breaches of contract, as well as discrimination and harassment claims. Her litigation experience includes briefing and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and she has second-chaired several trials. She also provides employment and business law counsel.
Amanda resolves complex employment and business disputes with tenacity and empathy, balancing risk and compliance.
Prior to Hinshaw, Amanda practiced at a St. Paul-based law firm. During law school, she externed in the chambers of the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
