Thomas Campbell represents clients in all aspects of complex insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith matters. Thomas’s experience encompasses complex coverage and bad faith litigation, representing businesses, homeowners, associations, and vessel owners in state and federal courts.
Before joining Hinshaw, Thomas gained extensive litigation experience representing policyholders at firms in Miami, Florida.
During law school, Thomas was active in a number of activities and associations. He served as an articles editor for the FIU Law Review, and his student note was selected for publication in Volume 13. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
