Suzanne Chamberlin is an experienced commercial litigator who handles a broad array of complex insurance coverage disputes with a focus on construction defect litigation. She has overseen declaratory judgment actions in state, federal, and appellate courts.
In addition, Suzanne has extensive experience litigating on behalf of banking entities in the financial services sector.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Suzanne practiced at a global insurance firm. Post law school, she was a law clerk for the late Honorable Wilfred P. Diana, A.J.S.C., and Presiding General Equity Judge for Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties.
