Aimee Szygenda advocates for and represents consumer financial service providers, including banks, mortgage servicers, credit card issuers, and third-party debt collectors in claims such as FDCPA, TILA, FCRA, TCPA, and TDCA. Additionally, she defends clients in automotive financing lawsuits under the FTC Holder in Due Course Rule and commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and identity theft.
Aimee is involved in all aspects of litigation when defending clients against alleged violations of consumer financial statutes such as FDCPA and FCRA. She frequently appears before arbitrators and handles appellate cases at both the state and federal levels.
