Brian Nevel has over a decade of experience representing large institutional clients in high-stakes creditors' rights litigation. He handles disputes involving federal and state consumer protection statutes, such as FCRA, RESPA, TILA, ICFA, and FDCPA. His practice includes highly contested RMBS and CMBS foreclosures, receiverships, and various complex commercial disputes.
