Paris Glazer handles first- and third-party insurance coverage disputes, business litigation, arbitration, and appeals.

With respect to insurance, Paris has significant experience with novel, complex, and multi-faceted claims but also handles routine matters. For example, he has successfully litigated and resolved various biometric privacy claims, and he also has unique experience with commercial space launch claims.

More broadly, Paris represents domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers nationwide in coverage and extra-contractual disputes. He has experience with commercial general liability, commercial property, environmental contamination, professional liability, directors and officers, excess/umbrella, equipment breakdown, product recall/contamination, managed care, life, health and disability, market placements, captive programs, manuscript forms, and facultative and treaty reinsurance.

Paris also represents businesses in a variety of matters, including breach of contract, construction accidents/defects, product liability, fraud, defamation, trespass/nuisance, and employment.

Personal

Paris is a third-generation attorney. His father practices construction and employment law. His grandfather argued numerous cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, served on the Watergate Special Prosecution Force, and headed the Appellate Section of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Department of Justice.
