Alexandria Kaminski is an experienced litigator who advocates for her clients in matters involving real estate, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and wills and estates in the state and federal courts. Alexandria harnesses a keen attentiveness to detail and creative thinking to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, she spent five years at a Long Island-based firm prosecuting mortgage foreclosures at the trial level and handling numerous Surrogate Court matters. She also has a background in code violations, as she spent three years at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, adjudicating various code violations issued by various New York City departments.

Alexandria has prevailed at several state court trials and also has negotiated favorable settlements for her clients.
