Annie Goldstein advocates for aging service and long-term care providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), sheltered care facilities, and home service agencies. Annie manages litigation and administrative proceedings under state and federal laws.
With experience across all stages of litigation, Annie empowers her clients through education and bestows meaningful solutions for their legal issues.
Before joining Hinshaw, Annie practiced at a firm in Chicago defending civil rights matters.
During law school, Annie held several key roles, including serving as a contributing editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review and as a legal writing tutor to first-year law students. She also served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and gained practical experience as a certified legal intern with the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic Center, focusing on health law.
