Anthony Scali counsels individuals and businesses of all sizes on a wide range of complex litigation and transactional matters. His clients span a variety of industries, including real estate, finance, hospitality, food and beverage, and insurance.
Anthony has significant experience representing financial institutions, banks, and mortgage servicing companies. Though he focuses his practice on consumer financial services, Anthony also handles commercial litigation, commercial transactions, corporate formation and governance, and real estate matters.
Over the course of his career, Anthony has helped numerous clients navigate various stages of development. This includes business entity formation, raising and securing financing, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements, and assisting with buy-ins and buy-outs. In the area of residential and commercial real estate, Anthony has guided clients through purchases and sales, leasing, and financing, as well as contentious lease disputes, real estate title defects, and zoning matters.
Before joining Hinshaw, Anthony furthered his experience with firms in New Jersey and New York. Most recently, he practiced at a national law firm in Somerset, New Jersey, where he represented large institutional clients in financial services litigation.
