Brisa A. Martinez

Brisa Martinez concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation, including workers’ compensation defense for self-insured employers. She counsels employers on labor and employment matters and contributes to drafting employment policies, including employee handbooks.

During law school, Brisa dedicated her efforts to the Workers' Rights Clinic, providing assistance to lower-income workers on a range of employment issues.

In her time away from the office, Brisa enjoys being outdoors, trying new restaurants, traveling, and practicing Pilates.
