Bryan Brown represents consumer financial institutions in litigation defending class actions and individual claims involving origination, servicing, and investments. This includes federal claims for violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and state claims for fair lending, debt collection, wrongful foreclosure, consumer protection, and unfair trade practices. He represents clients in pre-litigation, federal courts, bankruptcy courts, state courts, and arbitration matters nationwide. Bryan gained in-house experience at Citibank, N.A. managing consumer finance litigation and assisting with regulatory and compliance issues.
