C. Kevin Grim, Jr. has extensive civil litigation experience, focusing on insurance defense for claims involving personal injury, subrogation, fraud investigation, construction defects, no-fault personal injury protection (PIP), first-party property, and workers’ compensation.
Throughout his career, Kevin has represented clients large and small, including individual litigants, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities. Starting on the plaintiffs’ side of the Bar before joining the defense more than a decade ago, he carries this dual insight into every case.
In practice, Kevin takes an aggressive yet measured approach to litigation. Whether through trial, dispositive motions, or settlement negotiations, he keeps sight of the long game, seeing the forest through the trees, in order to determine the most effective and efficient method to bring about the best possible result for his clients, while minimizing costs.
