Chad Jennings is an experienced defense attorney representing Fortune 500 businesses and other clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including medical and legal malpractice, class actions, product liability, toxic and mass torts, insured and self-insured employers in catastrophic workers’ compensation, municipal liability, and civil rights violations. He also has extensive experience in insurance law, performing coverage analyses to help clients understand their insurance policies and liability.

Along with handling numerous cases in state and federal courts in Illinois, Chad also has extensive knowledge and experience in litigating state and federal laws across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

Chad's work extends to ensuring compliance of state and federal agencies, including CMS, on matters involving Medicare Set-Asides, conditional payment liens, and penalties. He collaborates with clients to design and implement operational controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to address and resolve regulatory, financial, compliance, and minimize brand exposure.

Finally, Chad provides innovative solutions to the unique challenges that arise in insurance defense. Whether guiding clients through litigation or negotiating outcomes, he is committed to managing every detail of his cases, providing clients with high-quality legal support throughout the process.

Chad frequently presents on HIPAA compliance, insurance coverage verification, and case management. He also provides internal training and has delivered engaging CLE programs on workers’ compensation defense for clients and in-house counsel.
