Claire Standish represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in complex consumer financial services and commercial litigation matters. She represents clients facing claims brought under Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Claire practiced law at a large national firm where she represented accounting firms and other business entities in a broad range of commercial disputes involving security laws claims, fraud, audit failures, and tax penalties.
