Daniel Hollis represents clients in litigation defense matters across a variety of industries, including aviation, construction, health care, and transportation. He litigates personal injury and property damage claims in state and federal courts involving commercial general liability and professional liability. He also represents consumer finance companies and debt collectors against class and individual claims arising from consumer protection statutes.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Daniel worked at a boutique litigation firm and obtained numerous favorable outcomes for his clients through effective motion practice and working cases up for trial. During law school, Daniel served as student articles editor on the law review and worked as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm in Chicago. Prior to law school, Daniel worked for two years at a personal injury law firm in Los Angeles, where he gained invaluable exposure to the nuts and bolts of litigation. Utilizing his collective experience, Daniel excels at developing strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.
