Gina Diomedi primarily represents aviation product manufacturers and service providers in litigation throughout the country and in foreign countries, defending claims for wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. Experienced in all aspects of litigation and skilled in tackling complex legal and procedural issues and developing strategic plans for the unique circumstances of each case, Gina’s experience also includes working on mass casualty incidents and developing and implementing plans to resolve resulting claims outside of formal litigation. In addition to representing clients in disputes, she also advises clients with respect to a variety of potential risks, contractual issues, and regulatory matters in the aviation industry.
Gina joined Hinshaw in 2023. Previously, she was a partner with Adler Murphy & McQuillen LLP, a premier aviation litigation firm in Chicago.
