Gregory M. Emry

Greg Emry dedicates his practice to handling cases related to aviation industry product liability, commercial litigation, and business torts.

Before joining Hinshaw, Greg gained significant experience managing cases in various practice areas, including products liability for automotive and off-road vehicle manufacturers, premises liability, insurance defense, toxic tort litigation, and business disputes. Following law school, Greg served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for three years. During this time, he tried and prosecuted over 100 bench and jury trials in both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. Prior to practicing law, Greg served nine years in the U.S. Navy, bringing a wealth of life experience and discipline to his legal career.

Greg is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he indulges in his hobbies of woodworking and automotive work. Greg also loves exploring the great outdoors through hiking and fishing and has a passion for traveling around the globe.
