Jodi Cohen advises her employer clients on litigation and various aspects of the employer-employee relationship. With over two decades of experience practicing law in South Florida, she handles a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FCRA, and FLSA, as well as complex disability leave and health accommodation issues. Her litigation practice includes defamation, Florida common law employment and harassment cases, retaliation, and employment contract disputes in state and federal courts. Jodi also represents clients before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. In addition to her litigation work, she advises on non-litigation matters such as employee agreements, handbooks, policies, and severance agreements, while providing counsel on compliance, employee relations, risk management, and commercial litigation.
