Joshua C. Hinkle

Joshua Hinkle counsels clients on complex litigation matters inside and outside the courtroom. He has extensive experience defending complex business and tort litigation in state and federal courts in areas such as personal injury, premises liability, construction, real estate, and product liability.

Josh also handles cases involving catastrophic injuries, primarily in premises liability, product liability, and transportation matters. He represents businesses of all sizes, including product manufacturers, truck lines, property owners, and real estate agencies.

Growing up in the St. Louis Metro East area, Josh applies his knowledge of the region to address the needs of every case. He applies his Midwestern work ethic to the practice of law and diligently represents his clients.
