Katherine Kulik handles a wide variety of insurance matters, including insurance coverage and first-party property. She represents insurance carriers throughout Florida as lead or second chair in trials, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations. She has successfully handled more than 70 cases pertaining to water losses, roof leaks, fire damage, property damage, faulty design, and vandalism. Katherine provides her clients with comprehensive coverage evaluations and opinions in disputes, always striving to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Before joining Hinshaw, Katherine was a partner at a Florida-based firm in Miami. She is well known for her aggressive approach to resolving cases through successful dispositive motions to avoid costly trials.
