Kevin Kelley is a seasoned litigator and dedicated advocate who represents clients in premises liability, auto accidents, medical malpractice, contractual rights, employment issues, and property disputes. With extensive experience across complex governmental, in-house, and law firm roles, Kevin has successfully navigated a wide range of cases. These include arbitrations, state court civil and criminal proceedings, and federal matters in trial, appellate, bankruptcy courts, and complex commercial transactions.
