Kevin P. Kelley

Kevin Kelley is a seasoned litigator and dedicated advocate who represents clients in premises liability, auto accidents, medical malpractice, contractual rights, employment issues, and property disputes. With extensive experience across complex governmental, in-house, and law firm roles, Kevin has successfully navigated a wide range of cases. These include arbitrations, state court civil and criminal proceedings, and federal matters in trial, appellate, bankruptcy courts, and complex commercial transactions.

With an executive MBA, Kevin combines a distinctive blend of legal experience and business acumen to tackle complex issues and lead risk management and compliance initiatives.
