Mark S. Winter

Mark Winter handles commercial and consumer financial services litigation, focusing on commercial foreclosure cases, title insurance coverage disputes, and priority conflicts between lenders.

In assisting institutional and non-traditional lenders, Mark draws upon a broad-based background, including experience litigating employment, insurance, environmental, and land use litigation matters. Mark applies his extensive legal knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Mark worked for a national law firm representing institutional lenders and also managed a litigation department for a New Jersey foreclosure law firm.

Mark enjoys the outdoors and plays tennis, runs and hikes with his family, including a sweet Tibetan Terrier named Brooklyn. He also competes in a daily trivia league.
