Pascale S. Chancy

Pascale Chancy is an insurance defense attorney representing insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and businesses in litigation, including catastrophic injury claims, premises liability, product liability, and vehicle negligence. She has a proven record of effectively managing risk exposure for her clients.

Before joining Hinshaw, Pascale was part of the coverage team at a mid-sized firm and served as in-house associate general counsel for a major homeowners insurance company. Before entering private practice, Pascale dedicated her efforts to public service as an Assistant Public Defender, where she developed a reputation for aggressive litigation skills aimed at obtaining a fair outcome for her clients. She has tried over 36 criminal jury trials to verdict.

During her time away from the office, Pascale enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her son, friends, and family. Additionally, she is dedicated to maintaining her fitness routine and can often be found at the gym, where she engages in weight lifting and circuit training several days a week.
