Peter J. Kaiser

Peter Kaiser serves as outside general counsel for private companies, investment funds, and family offices, taking a collaborative, business-first approach to corporate matters. He advises on entity formation, commercial transactions, and investments in emerging growth companies and traditional and alternative funds.

An experienced mergers and acquisitions attorney, Peter focuses on innovative and practical solutions to complex problems — simplifying legal complexities, so clients can concentrate on key decisions and an efficient process.

Peter’s background in securities law also makes him adept at helping his clients with capital raising. In particular, Peter is passionate about helping local startups.
