Robert Pollock provides legal representation for banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, and trustees in financial services litigation matters.
He has extensive experience managing a wide range of commercial and residential litigation, including contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, consumer disputes, and bankruptcy matters. Robert also provides advice to his clients on financial regulatory issues.
Robert began his legal career as a county Assistant Prosecutor in New Jersey. During his decade in law enforcement, Robert handled all phases of criminal prosecutions. He held several leadership positions in the Prosecutor's Office, including supervising the Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force, the Counterterrorism Task Force, the Domestic Violence Unit, and the Screening Unit.
