Theodore Weiss has extensive experience handling cases involving coverage exclusions and material misrepresentations. He represents insurers in disputes involving bodily injury and property damage claims, where policy exclusions such as fraud, criminal acts, or non-disclosures of material facts, are central to the insurance carrier’s defenses. Additionally, Theodore collaborates with claims adjusters to develop new claim-handling procedures and strategies in line with Florida House Bill 837.
