She earned a certificate in International Law, was a member of the prestigious Loyola Law Journal, and competed in the world-renowned Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, facing over 300 international law schools.

Born in Bulgaria, Toanet moved to the United States to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, staying active through fitness, and spending time with her beloved Bengal cat, Tefnut.
