Sam Zabaneh has a diverse litigation practice. He has advised both individuals and businesses regarding negligence, product liability, construction accidents, insurance coverage, and premises liability. He also has extensive knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
In addition to representing large construction firms and several nationwide insurance companies, Sam has counseled a number of nationwide and local financial institutions. Leveraging more than a decade of litigation experience, Sam partners with his clients to not only find solutions to their legal problems, but help them mitigate future risks.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Sam bolstered his litigation experience with Indiana-based firms. Most recently, he practiced with a firm in Merrillville, Indiana.
