Erin Lindberg

Erin Lindberg focuses her practice on professional liability, personal injury, and product liability matters. She defends business entities and individuals throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit liability investigation and evaluation to trial.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Erin worked at a civil litigation firm in Oakland, where she handled a variety of cases involving complex personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant-related disputes.

Erin began her legal career in the financial services sector, working with financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters. During law school, Erin clerked at a complex class action firm where she had the opportunity to work on various antitrust, consumer fraud, and employment cases.

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys playing on a local softball team and spending time with her dog.
